Tad Frederick joined One-Stop Remodeling in June 2001. Tad has 10 years experience in the construction industry. He worked in Commercial/Restaurant Remodeling, Custom homes where he served as lead man of the framing crew. He also worked in Industrial Construction as a Utility foreman. Tad has served many leadership roles. He attributes his abilities to four years of training in the military, where he received many achievement and conduct medals.
